Michael Parks
Coral Canadian Grade II.
About the maker:
Born in 1977 and now residing close to Toronto Canada,
Michael Parks works fulltime as a Pipe Maker. He has been producing pipes
since 1998, but has recently become a master of the art. Michael has a
unique talent of being able to take requests for shapes and finding a block that
has the perfect grain.
The studies of Art and Pipe Smithing have refined
Parks' perception of design. Carving with respect for the World's pipe makers
has enabled his own forms to evolve. Many of Parks' creations utilize enhancing
materials, such as White Gold, Whitetail Antler, Titanium, Ancient Mammoth
Ivory, and Freshwater Mother of Pearl. Within every Parks pipe exacting
standards unite craftsmanship and fine material. To smoke a Parks pipe is to
appreciate diversified design. A Parks Pipe will enrich your personal collection
as it clearly represents quality through workmanship. Suited for the purposeful
and limited in availability, each pipe is a fine smoker's requisite, and a
defining choice.
Michael's work consist a wide range of shapes, and his
style is becoming very distinctive. Each pipe is produced from some of the
finest materials, and all the stems are hand-cut with precision.
