Sometimes the wood and grain just don't want to cooperate with the classical shapes, hence the blowfish was born. Asymetrical and sans uniformity to facilitate the artisans need for infinite variation - but a true display of what makes briar so pleasing to the eye...grain. Flame, straight, starburst, birdseye, and cross. If its truly a blowfish then every surface and edge are in tune with the grain like this pipe is. The three knuckles of bamboo is a fine decoration for such interesting wood.
