This rusticated rapscallion has some detail that are easy to miss at first glance. The top of the bowl has a slight concave curve giving a Rhodesic feel to the shape. The stem's crown is stretched toward the shank giving a kind of hybrid taper which is as fine as any I've seen. And the transition at the bottom of the bowl is loose but very well defined all the way around to the bottom - I just love that!
