About the maker:
Luigi Radice got his start making pipes for Carlo Scotti in Cantu, Italy at the esteemed Castello pipe factory. He left in 1969 to co-found Caminetto. After ten years with Caminetto he formed his own company. Luigi's sons, Marzio and Gianluca, continue producing these great smoking pipes today. They are known for their twin-bore stems, their much-copied "candle wax drip" carved bowls and shanks carved to look like bamboo. Origin:
