English Estate Pipe Charatan Special Sitting Partial Panel (Additional Perspex Stem) E14818

The original Box and Sleeve are included.  The original stem is pristine and an additional Hand Cut Perspex Stem with logo is included.  This additional stem was made by the official Charatan Repair department at Smokers' Haven in the 1970's and has the official Charatan stamp on it.
