As a master craftsman with an exceptional eye for design and proportion, Nate transforms the classic bulldog by widening and lengthening its shank with side panels extending the traditional diamond, and modernizing the bowl to suit contemporary preferences. The result is a striking long bulldog with a single bead and a hex shank, complemented by a pristine ebonite brindle stem in vibrant swirls of red and black. Unlike many pipes overshadowed by dramatic adornments, this piece, a testament to Nate’s ingenuity, is crafted solely from briar and ebonite.
