Charatan Estate Pipe Supreme S FH (Lane Era) Smooth Dublin Lovat
You don't have to be a Charatan collector to appreciate this beautiful piece of briar. It has a perfect grain patern with just a patch of birdseye on the bottom of the stummel and straight grain shooting up the bowl and down the shank. It has been well cared for - no teethmarks or handling scratches. It is fair to say that the last owner of this treasure was very careful to keep it in excellent condition. He did smoke it, of course and my bet is he liked virginia tobacco quite a bit. But aside from the light scorching in the inner rim - she is beautiful.
