Dunhill Estate Pipe Bruyere A (Pre-WWII Make) 1/2 Bent Smooth Red Billiard
This old Dunhill is one of my favorite shapes and sizes. Large enough to be enjoyed, but small enough to be practical and usable anywhere. The original horn dot has been buffed aggressively but it still remains. The stampings have been mostly buffed away but what remains in addition to the shape of the slot and viewable font leads me to believe this was produced somewhere between 1920 to 1954. Although one expert was sure it had to be made before the second World War.
